Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, TracianCAD LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Structural Member Add-in. Each license is a Named User License, meaning it is tied to one specific Autodesk Fusion user email address.

You may use the Add-in on multiple machines (e.g., office workstation and laptop), provided you are signed into the authorized Autodesk Fusion account. Simultaneous use of a single license by multiple individuals is strictly prohibited.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Python source code.
• Distribute the software or your license key to third parties.
• Use the software to create a competing structural automation product.

3. Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via the Customer Portal. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in the immediate revocation of the Add-in's entitlement to run.

4. "As-Is" Warranty

The software is provided "as-is". While we strive for 100% compatibility with Autodesk Fusion updates, TracianCAD LTD is not liable for project delays or data loss resulting from software bugs or changes in the Autodesk API.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable digital software, all sales are final once the license has been activated on a workstation. We provide a free trial/demo (where applicable) to ensure the tool meets your needs before purchase.
